General
The content of this website is for your general information and use only. Use or viewing of this website
is not permitted by anyone under the age of 18. If you are under 18 years of age, then please leave
this site.

Your use of the website, by any means, and any dispute arising out of any such use is subject to the
laws of Northern Ireland and the United Kingdom.

Ordering

Click and Collect

You make use the option of click and collect at the shop, via the website, to purchase goods and
collect in store this does not require online age verification. We will send you an email or text to say
your order is ready for collection. You may be asked for photographic ID, to verify your age and proof
of address when collecting the item. Where items are not collected within 7 days or you wish to cancel
the order then a 2% fee will be deducted from the original purchase price to cover the
administration fees. Credit will only be issued to the original card used for payment.

Postal ordering

When shopping with us for the first time and are looking goods to be posted out we are required by
law to verify your age. This will be done using the Royal Mail age verification service at the point of
delivery.

You may also open an account via the shop where we manually view your ID and open an account.
Once we have verified your age, we will approve your account and email details of your account to
you.

You can create a password and use this account to make subsequent purchases without any further
age verification checks. It is your responsibility to keep your account details and passwords safe and
Miss Morans does not bear any liability whatsoever for any events or losses from your account.
Once approved we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order. The contract is only
formed when we accept your order.

Miss Morans have the right to refuse to accept any order and where this occurs, we will advise you of
the same via email and issue a full refund to the original payment card. It is not our policy to disclose
the reasons for not accepting an order.
Where we accept your order, we will send you’re an acknowledgement of the order and process this
order.

Amending or cancelling your order.

We regret that once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to amend or cancel the order. If
items are not wanted on receipt, then this should be returned to us in accordance with the information
contained within our returns policy. Where items are not wanted, or you wish to cancel the order then
a 2% fee plus the postage costs will be deducted from the original purchase price to cover the
administration fees. Credit will only be issued to the original card used for payment.

Delivery

Items will generally dispatched same day using Royal Mail in accordance with the delivery option
specified in the order. Where the item is shown as being delivered on the Royal Mails tracking service
then Miss Morans shall deem the item to have been delivered where the customer disputes this then
the matter should be taken up with Royal Mail.

If a delivery is returned to us by Royal Mail the then a 2% fee plus the postage costs will be
deducted from the original purchase price to cover the administration fees. Credit will only be issued
to the original card used for payment. 

Faulty or incorrect items

The item will be replaced, or a full refund issued By Miss Morans on return of the goods. Any faulty or
incorrect items should be reported within 7 days of receipt to qualify for this.

Warranties

Any warranties or guarantees provided by the manufacturer are subject to the manufacturer’s terms
and conditions and at the discretion of the manufacturer this will be contained within any
accompanying documentation.

Taxes, Duties and Restrictions

All legal required taxes and duties have been paid by Miss Morans within the United Kingdom. Where
items have been ordered and deliver is outside the United Kingdom then the customer is soley
responsible for any national, regional or local customs duties or taxes imposed by the relevant
authorities outside of the United Kingdom. Customers should satisfy themselves of any import
restrictions or duties. Where items are held pending any additional payments by the customer or the
items are held or destroyed by the relevant authorities then this is the sole responsibility of the
customer and no liability shall be incurred by the Miss Morans.

Liability

Miss Morans in no event will be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation indirect loss,
consequential loss or damage by any means.
